Seller does not manufacture any items or products found on carbcar.com. Many of these items, including exotic car parts such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini carburetors, as well as Weber carbs and Weber carburetors, are vintage, used, and aged parts. These items may or may not be backed by the manufacturer warranty for manufacturer's defects. Any manufacturer’s warranty should be handled through the manufacturer.
BUYER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO HANDLE ALL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES, OR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON CARBCAR.COM.
Exclusion of All Incidental and Consequential Damages
NO PAYMENT OR OTHER COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE SUCH AS, DAMAGE OF PROPERTY OR LOSS OF REVENUE WHICH MIGHT BE PAID, INCURRED OR SUSTAINED BY REASON OF THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON CARBCAR.COM WEBSITE.
However, some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Governing Law
All suits and special proceedings pursuant to or arising out of this sale shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. In any action, special proceeding, or other proceeding that may arise out of, in connection with, or by reason of this agreement, the laws of the State of Georgia shall be applicable and shall govern to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted. All suits pursuant to or arising out of this sale shall be brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. Both buyer and seller consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any defenses or claims to the contrary, including but not limited to, lack of jurisdiction or improper venue.
